Wee Care Best, Finksburg, MD provides preschool and educational programs for children ages 6 weeks through school age. It is licensed for 150 children.

About the Staff:

Jodi McKennie, Director Finksburg site
She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Penn State University in Communication Disorders. Jodi has been in child care since August, 1991. She started with Wee Care Best, Hanover, Pa. site as a preschool teacher in April 1992. She advanced to Director at Hanover, Pa. in Oct. 1993 and became Director of the Finksburg site in August 1995. Jodi is President of the Early Childhood Educator’s of Carroll County. She is trained and licensed by the State of Maryland for fingerprinting. In addition, Jodi is a Notary Public.
